| blaaaaahhhhhhh i am moving on the 18th. i HATE moving. i am not leaving this apt next year unless something crazy happens. anything to avoid another move.

| so this past thursday was my birthday and this past friday a bunch of my friends decided to come to houston and surprise me!!!!
murtuza told me he was planning dinner at this japanese restaurant for our friends (meaning people i knew from high school) so that is what i was expecting friday. and to be honest i was kind of sad already because no joke--my friends and amir were ignoring me that whole week! i had barely talked to them on the phone and it was really depressing, i thought i had done something to make them, or at least amir, mad at me.
so friday i went to the mall to buy some shoes and came home and took a nap on the sofa. but i woke up to my friends Sheeva and Meghna jumping on me and yelling surprise! it was great:) so we all got ready and went to dinner and at this point i had NO idea that Amir and 7 more of my friends from Tech were going to be there! so the girls had me stand facing away from the door and when i turned around they were all there and it was the BEST surprise ever!
it turns out that murtuza and amir had been planning it for a few weeks:) we went to dinner and then had cake at my house. after that we went to main event and played games and laser tag and it was SO NICE to see a lot of my friends and just chill with everyone! then saturday we just hung out with the guys. they left this morning which was sad but it was such a good weekend :)
i have a new pic tho:) more pics later! but now i have to go to sleep because i have finals in the morning. san diego in just a few days! i'm so excited! |
