well its almost here another school year. that means more drama more work more responsibility less free time and the only thing I'm excited about, basketball. I've got my first practice today and I'm completly not ready. i hope i dont make a fool of myself. mainly though because i think this is the first thing that I did for real no big talk no this and that i just took all summer and worked and now I'm scared that it wasnt enough i should have shot more everyday. i should have done more sit ups and pushups i should have run everyday i should have got my Jump Soles out a long time ago to work on my verticle leap should have worked on my foot speed. Imagine that times parents doing the usual. i know I'm at least doing the right thing I'm going after my dream.

so it's been brought to my attention that there are 2 guys that are getting out of jail in a little while. when they were 10 years old they did an absolutly terrible thing they tortured and took a little kids life (3 years old). It was so bad in fact, that the mother of the child was not allowed to see the body. now there is an E-Mail going around asking everyone to sign and forward it to as many people as possible that way these young men arent allowed out of jail after paroll. they say their reasoning is if they could do such a terrible thing at 10 what would they do at 25. personally i didnt sign it. what gives us the right to judge these men after our government and everything else already has done everything they feel is neccisary. when you're 10 years old isnt your view of the world a lot different then when your 15. i mean is there a difference between locking someone in a room and shooting them and locking them in a room and then putting all this food outside the window and letting them starve to death. is there a difference between them killing this poor inocent little boy and us condeming them to a life full of people never trusting them even after all of the spychiatric help they have gotten. as Christians i feel that we should forgive what they have done in the past. not forget about it but still they should be given another chance. we have all made mistakes when we were little their's was just much much bigger then any of ours. it was a mistake for the mother of this young child to let him be by himself for any ammount of time it is by no stretch of the immagination the mothers fault i am not trying to pass blame it is 100% those two boys fault for killing him but that doesnt mean they couldnt have changed. how would you feel if you were them would you want another chance at life they have already been deprived of their childhood what all of us will one day consider some of the best days of our lives. and now others want to take away their adult lives? we dont even know these people, how dare we judge them?

i found out a reson why i love basketball and everything about basketball so much. when you play the game you dont have to worry about what others think about you. you dont have the time to think about how cool you look you do what is natural and what you think is right. and off the court nobody holds anything back there is hardly anybody talking behind your back if you think somebody sucks you tell it to their face. none of this scheming or trying to play games by saying one thing to your face and another to your back. in the basketball society you get respect for being good not for being cool.

yesterday i went shopping for the first time without my parents and i got some pretty cool stuff and i was pretty stoked just not having my parents around me for about 2 and a half hours. then went to a party. then this morning i got a hair cut at a legit salon not super cuts and that was really nice. i think having my hair shampoed by a hot girl is prob top 10 for this summer. haha it was funny cause she told me i had nice hair lol so I'd say new hair cut, + new clothes+ clear face= idk what do you think it equals
