| So i've realized alot of stuff has changed since my first year of college. My mom no longer does my laundry or cooks me meals (no that she used to cook much anyway). I get to pay for my own gas...i did that most of the time anyway but now i do it all the time. I've realized i lived by myself for a year and didnt manage to kill myself, i made my own rules, went to bed when i wanted and where i wanted to, basically i was free to do anything that poped into my head and now im back in tulsa and my parents are trying to control my life again and its no bueno! When i was in highschool i used to wish for the summer. Now that im in college im wishing for the school year how fucked up is that, but im living with three of my best friends so who wouldnt look forward to it! | So Mr Stichcomb the photography teacher for Booker T. ,well probably former teacher now, was arrested on 5 molestation charges. Im gonna need Booker T. to go a year without some kind of scandal. And to think i was sad i never got to take a photography class! | | |
| Its weird i want finals week to end fast so i dont have to take anymore test but at the same time i kinda want it to last forever cause im so not ready to go home. I've so much fun a OSU and i've been so happy, im just not ready to go back to Tulsa. Sure i miss my mom but i know im barely going to be home a day before she starts nagging and smothering me. Im going to miss my friends, i know i'll see them but it wont be the same. like last night we went to our church for late nite breakfast and studying. we were the last ones in the church so they just left us there and told us to lock up when we were done. we stayed there till two. after we got done studying me and michelle explored the whole church in the dark. it was real peaceful like. We prayed on the balcony, then i (fake) baptisted michelle and then we sang. it was good times. After kim, julie, michelle, and i walked back to wentz barefooted but we took a detour down the strip to our fav. gas station for slushies. you cant do that kind of stuff in tulsa. i cant believe my first year of college is over with. it went by so fast but it was so much fun. i guess all you can do is appriciate and make the most of the time that you have. | | |
| so it's been a while since i wrote...and quite a lot has happened. This weekend i went to Tulsa and helped julie with her show. It was a good time, but when i tell people this they dont seem to believe me. I had the choice to go camping instead but i think i made the right decision. Anyway while in tulsa me and julie got some things for michelle wade's lingerie shower. We went to pricillas first and let me say that is one interesting store. we got some fun stuff there and then we went and got something "tasteful" at victoria's secret. yesterday me and michelle s. made a wal-mart run to buy things for the cookies we're going to make and decided to get a real coconut cause neither of us had ever had one. Well to get the milk out we stole a nail and used a rolling pin. and we had a brilliant plan to actually open the coconut. It involved a window on the 10th floor. Well needless to say the plan was very successful. The coconut wasnt very good though so we ended up just throwing it away, but for 89 cents i think we got a lot of entertainment out of it. Before all that there was the Grits concert and easter and a whole lot of random crazy stuff that just kind of melts together: one including two michelles, a pair of rollerblades and jumper cables, and a door! a trip to the fountain in front of the library after a game of volleydodge and a game that consisted of acting like chickens! OH and free pizza and jesus christ superstar! Wow summer's gonna be pretty damn boring compared to all this. | | |
| I have a test in 30 mins and im not even close to the right state of mind to take it. Im feeling real aggressive and upset. Come to think of it i actually just want to punch the living hell out of something...but i cant. Got in a fight with my mom and i cant even tell you what about, she was just being real patronizing so i hung the phone up in her face and i haven't talked to her since. So what did i do after this...i punched a wall, a cement wall at that, i know not very smart, but its better than hurting somebody else. bad news i think i might have fractured one of my knuckles but its happened before and it'll probably happen again. well see what happens when the swelling goes down tomorrow. Im on this real self destructive path right now and i dont know why....hopefully summer will cure this, that is if im talking to my mom by then! | | |
