唉......

連老師都覺得我肥左好多.....(邊個老師我唔講)

係時候定立一個目標啦....(你成日都話要定立目標架啦)

希望可以回復到125~135bls左右啦~即係差唔多55kg左右(嘩....定個目標咁遠既....)

所以......我將會不停游水~~
