Um, nobody ever became friends with someone because they smelled like eucalyptus and peaches. Duh.

Jen and I are champs, and we're holding it against Clorox.

posting just for you

That was frickin fabulous, and I may have a giant crush on the entire continent of Australia.

Yay, we managed to stay out of IX-Jail.

Tears for Jen.

So, it's not weird at all that we're watching Spice World.

Um...that's all I've got.

damn you wikipedia

Dr. Frederich J. Bumples (1843-1912). World renowned neurological dermatologist, best known for his discovery and research of the Bumple-Paradox. Frederich was born in 1843, the 7th child of French painter Marie Toussou and German philosopher Jahn Bumples. Frederich pursued science from an early age and went on to study at many of the fine institutes of Europe. After graduating, in 1867, Frederich married Crystal Mariner, a Swiss banking heiress. The two shared a mutual enthusiasm for medicine studying together before welcoming daughter Suzette "Bumply" Bumples in 1876. Sadly, on Suzette's tenth birthday Crystal died tragically in the Irish potato famine.

Left to his own devices as a father, and facing a cruel world without his dear lab partner, Frederich threw himself into his work. His constant stress and persistent sweating soon resulted in the development of grotesque fluid packed protuberances on his hands and fingers. Bumples devoted all of his time to discovering the mystery behind these irregularities, and in 1890 finally released his report on the problematic Bumplies- named in honor of his dear daughter. He became an instant celebrity in the European science community and after his death circa 1912 a statue of both of Frederich and Bumply was erected on the French-Canadian land bridge.

So I have finally returned from my week in California. I should be given a medal for not gruesomely murdering my parents, but at least I accomplished what I set for, i.e the Getty Villa and Sea World.

Flying all night was less than preferable, so now I think I'll sleep.
